Our Master Stylists are educated to the very highest level in all aspects of hairdressing. They have amassed an expert wealth of knowledge and can guide you with concerns about your hair strength, scalp conditions and any other hair related problems. Our Master Stylists follow a strict and consistent programme of education to maintain their knowledge and use their years of experience to create eye catching, easy to maintain classic hair styles.

SENIOR STYLIST
Our Senior Stylists are at the top of their professional game, having developed their skills by attending various training experiences. The senior members of our team know their strengths and personal style, they have a loyal and busy client base, so booking in advance is essential.

STYLIST
Our Stylists are passionate and driven, developing their skills through our ongoing training programmes. They offer high-quality work at an affordable price point with a youthful eye and creative flair. Let our Stylist team create the hair of your dreams.

GRADUATE
After completing a 3-year apprenticeship at the salon, our Graduate team are finding their own vision and style of hairdressing. They spend their time as a Graduate, developing their craft, refining skills, timekeeping and personal style of hairdressing before elevating to a full stylist.

SENIOR APPRENTICE

Having qualified at the end of their 2nd year they are now in the advanced year of training which only the very best students are accepted to study on. Our Senior Apprentice team are in the 3rd year of their apprenticeship with Richard and are qualified in all aspects of hairdressing. They are building their confidence and time keeping skills. Appointments are slower and they may request advice from senior members of the team during the service. These young hairdressers are perfect for teenagers and clients to whom time is not of the essence.

COLOUR SPECIALIST

Our Colour Specialists have completed the prestigious L’Oréal Professional colour specialist degree, they boast multiple awards nominations and wins. This intensive education programme, equivalent to a university degree is only available to the very best colourists in the country and enables them to approach colouring hair from a technical and scientific angle and gives them the qualifications to teach at the L’Oréal Professional academies.

SENIOR COLOUR TECHNICIAN

Our Senior Colour Technician team have each excelled in all the qualification’s in L’Oréal Professional’s cohesive training programme for colourists with exceptional skills and attend regular workshops to stay up to date with the latest innovations in colour. With over 10 years experience as qualified colourists this team is perfect for clients who want that extra confidence only years of experience can bring.

COLOUR TECHNICIAN

With a complete education in colour, our Technician team are able to apply beautiful tones to your hair with a youthful eye and creative flair to offer fashion forward looks alongside classic colour techniques for an all round outstanding colour service.

Within The Boutique Atelier we have a dedicated express colour maintenance area, where clients are welcome to pop in for a between colour touch-up. We offer 5 effective, fast treatments, perfect to refresh your colour or cover greys between your regular full colour appointments. All these services are included in our Maintenance Membership

By popular demand from our busy clients we offer you the option to style your own hair after your choice of express & refresh colour treatments. After your colour is washed off and gently towel dried, styling tools and products will be available for you to style your own hair before leaving. Our express colour area offers you fast, affordable colour maintenance in space & privacy.

KERASTASE CONDITIONING RITUAL • 5 minutes • £15

Your consultant will identify the primary and secondary needs of your hair and then select the appropriate combination of Kerastase Fusio-Dose. A personalised mix of active ingredients and exclusive technologies are instantly fused together. Precise diffusion on the hair for targeted action is carried out at the backwash and leaves your hair looking and feeling instantly transformed with moisturising agents which can last up to 6 shampoos.

INNOLUXE STRENGTHENING TREATMENT • £24

INNOluxe uses amazingly advanced protein technology to create a super strong network of sulphur bonds, repairing and rebuilding your hair and leaving it soft, strong, healthy and shiny. INNOluxe uses its advanced protein technology to repair hair during the colouring process, first while mixed in to your colour and travelling deep into the hair, the second by sealing the treatment into your hair allowing it to work for up to 6 weeks.

FABRIQ - RESET SMOOTHING up to 4 MONTHS •.

If you have hard to manage or hair prone to frizz, this treatment transforms hair, leaving it revitalised, repaired and looking gorgeous. Using a mixture of techniques to add curl or waves to the hair using rollers, the team use new fortifying lotions which not only add movement but strength and texture too, resulting in a long-lasting strong movement which is soft to the touch. Permanent treatment.

Richard and our team are recommended by British Vogue.

We can accommodate your bridal party, large or small, even private salon bookings where the whole of the salon is cleared for your

wedding party are available. We can also accommodate your makeup artists at the salon so everything can be done in one venue.

Richard and our team also offer out of salon appointments by request. For an additional cost, we can come to your home, hotel or venue to style your hair in the comfort and privacy you require, any day of the week and time of the day.
If your wedding team includes Richard, this price is on request only. If the team does not include Richard it starts at £60 per hour for your first stylist, with an additional £30 per hour for every extra stylist required. These charges will include the time your Boutique Atelier wedding team takes to travel to and from your venue.

Richard and the whole of Team Boutique Atelier accept wedding bookings 2 years in advance and you can reserve British Vogue's go to wedding hair stylist simply by booking a consultation with Richard to discuss your special day and leaving a £100 booking fee to secure your date.
